We are manufacturing sequence experts with capabilities for rapid prototyping through turnkey manufacturing of brazed assemblies that require furnace brazing, machining and outside process supplier management. Successful project management is obviously the key. We build to customer print and break down the manufacturing process into logical steps based upon a realistic deadline, with quality controls built into every step. Our engineering expertise goes way beyond that of most vacuum brazing companies — we have proven knowledge in metallurgy, mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, and manufacturing processes. How we work with you to manufacture critical components

We work with the customer to develop a plan to manufacture a producible part and we lay the groundwork for streamlined future production. We create a project plan and hold regular project meetings where we determine methods, tooling, materials, and the best outside suppliers and schedule. We build quality benchmarks into every project. For follow-on orders we use information systems and data archiving to refine the manufacturing plan: what lessons did we learn in implementing the initial project? We know it is very important to include the customer’s voice at this stage of the relationship.

The core production team at California Brazing have worked together for decades to help customers manufacture critical components to rigorous and precise standards. Some of the numbers are daunting, even to us. The average tenure of our aluminum brazing experts is over 18 years. Our project management people have an average of 20 years experience; the quality and engineering departments average over 18 years and the machining specialists have over 20 years experience, on average.
